Two downstairs bedrooms (one king, one queen) share a jack-and-jill style bathroom. A king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is raised via 6 steps, and a queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom is located upstairs. Two additional adults can be accommodated on the queen-sized pullout sofa in the living room The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing and gathering Your spacious 1,680 sq ft. unit is stocked to meet all of your needs: \-Kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils \-Coffee maker, toaster, and blender \-Shower amenities, laundry detergent, and dishwashing detergent are provided \-Extras of anything are always available – no need to worry about running out of fresh towels Your stay is designed to be luxurious, relaxing, and hotel-style: no need to worry about stripping beds, taking out trash, or any other cleaning tasks upon check-out! If you are flying in and thinking about renting a car, we recommend skipping the rental! We are within walking distance of most local attractions, and we are only 2 blocks away from the nearest streetcar stop. Taxis and rideshares are also readily available. Eleven other condos are available for rent in this building in case your group needs more space – or your friends want to join! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this rental with four couples, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the communication was top-notch. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location couldn’t have been better — it was right along all the parade routes, which added an extra layer of fun to our trip. We were able to step outside and enjoy all the excitement without having to travel far. The atmosphere was lively, and it was great to be in the heart of all the action.The food and music were another highlight. We enjoyed delicious meals that were both convenient and tasty, and the music really set the mood for the entire trip. Whether we were hanging out together or just relaxing in the space, there was always something to enjoy.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a fun and vibrant experience. We came down here for a bachelorette party and had the best time. The place was amazing and the perfect space for everyone. The beds were hands down the comfiest beds I have ever slept in and the same with the comforter and sheets. One of the best nights of sleep while on vacation ever. The workers there were more than helpful with whatever we needed and were always there for assistance and help. Lastly, the location was perfect! not too far away from downtown and within walking distance of so much. I would give higher than 5 stars if I could. ##### victoria r. Shower in master bedroom not hot, ceiling fan very noisy. No dressers or drawers for clothing storage in bedrooms. Cool interior hard to adjust in cool weather. They held our bags while we grabbed drinks before check-in time. The unit itself was plenty large enough for our 7-person group. If you plan to use the pull-out couch you will want to figure out some type of window coverings to keep it a little darker for sleeping in. The beds were comfortable. All of the showers have the sprayers that you see in the picture, but just the master... and the shower was great. It was nice to have coffee in the lobby for a quick cup every morning. very easy and quick walk to everything we wanted to do - Jackson Square, Bourbon St, casino, etc. Didn't have to uber at all except to/from the airport. Because we were doing add ons like having a chef and getting it provisioned prior to our arrival, I communicated with the office several times. They were extremely helpful and patient. With the change of guests , one was a friend of a friend who was with us. He was a challenge, because his bathroom shower did not get as hot as he wanted. He was right that it needed to be fixed and it was the next morning. But he was leaving that day. Regardless we had 2 other functioning showers, so I didn’t press the issue. The staff was very professional diffusing the situation and communicating with the necessary people to get fixed. If you want 24/7 maintenance repairs done on the weekend then maybe this is a problem. Also we had to run the heat because it was unusually cold in New Orleans while we were there. There are ac/heat controls in every room and we had a challenge getting it so all rooms were comfortable. But also it appears that when the heater runs , you hear the sound of running water that might disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper. When the ac ran or it was totally off you didn’t have this happen. It’s rarely this cold in New Orleans. So I don’t see this as a problem, just something to be aware of. All that said, the unit is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable for 8 adults. The fixtures are very very nice. The location is great. Walking distance to French quarter, central business district, warehouse district and close to a couple street car lines. The security to enter the building is excellent too. Easy access for taxi, Uber and Lyft too. I will most definitely book here again ##### Kim R.
