Enjoy modern amenities in a comfortable, home-like setting. Located close to popular city attractions, our quiet retreat offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation for your stay. For your convenience, we are 3 mins walking distance from the streetcar which can take you all around the city and downtown. The property is a charming, well-maintained 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom house with modern amenities and a shared patio. It is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests and provides a comfortable, home-like experience for visitors. Guests have private access to all areas inside the unit, including the kitchen, loft, living room, dining room, bathroom, and bedroom. The patio is a shared space. Guests can contact me immediately through the Airbnb platform. My contact information will also be available in the housebook, which they will have access to upon arrival. House Rules 1\. Noise Levels o Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 2 PM. o No loud music or parties allowed at any time. o Use of outdoor spaces is restricted after 10 PM. 2\. It was my first time in New Orleans and I had no idea the property would be in "the hood!" We had issues w/ the shower leaking down onto the kitchen ceiling. The kitchen ceiling was patched up and I was terrified that one of us would fall through while taking a shower. The steps leading up to the loft were incredibly steep and didn't seem too sturdy.
