It is literally 2 blocks from Bourbon Street, less than a mile from the Riverwalk and casino, and across the street from a streetcar stop. The location could not have been better. This VRBO made our entire stay very convenient and walkable. We took the St Charles St streetcar (maybe 4 blocks away) to the Garden District and Audubon Park. We took the Canal streetcar (across the street) to City Park. City Park was a lovely green space with a free sculpture garden that is part of the Art Museum. It also had beautiful live oak trees with Spanish moss. Bourbon Street was a blast. Oceanic Grill was great for po boys, and Pier 424 was fantastic for a sampler dish of gumbo, jambalaya, and crawfish etouffee. My adult children (ages 23) stayed out late to check out the bar/club scene. They were perfectly safe walking home late. The keyless entry was great. The VRBO was well-appointed with soaps, shampoo, coffee, etc. We would highly recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay! ##### Matt Pam D. Not as well equipped as all other VRBO properties we’ve been to. Some basics like a sharp knife (to cut our lovely French bread) and toaster. Just around the corner from the Roosevelt Hotel and easy access to the trolley. Myself, husband, sister and friend found that we had a place to hang out together but had private bedrooms. The beds were okay, not too hard, not to soft. They had a coffee marker, TV, plates, cups, silverware, all the necessities. My only comment would for the entrance into the building be a little more inviting. It is very industrial. ##### Sonja K.
