This New Orleans Masterpiece has been completely restored to its historic design and luxuriously upgraded with state-of-the-art modern conveniences. This beautiful two-story home will comfortably host 10 guests. The open dining and living rooms provide an excellent gathering space for guests to relax together after their adventures. The adjoining kitchens and sitting areas are equipped with GE Profile appliances and come complete with all the necessary utensils and cookware to create and serve your own New Orleans pièce de résistance.

This gorgeous residence is located one block from the scenic Canal St. streetcar for easy access to all major New Orleans venues - the French Quarter, the Superdome, the Aquarium, City Park, Fair Grounds Race Course, Harrah’s Casino, and the VA Medical Center Complex. The Endymion Mardi Gras parade route is only one block away, and City Park Voodoo Fest, French Quarter Fest, and Jazz Fest (to name a few) are all quickly accessible. Great stay

We had a great stay with 14 teammates in town for an Ultimate frisbee tournament and city fun. Great location walking distance from cafes and restaurants. Took a bus to French Quarter as trolly wasn't writing, but bus was easy. House was comfy and clean.

A Must Stay Property

OMG!!!! This grand home was everything stated in the details and more. The host was extremely nice and very attentive to any needs (although not really needed because the house was fully stocked and well prepared for our stay). Additional to the host being AMAZING, the neighbors were even more amazing and very welcoming. We were able to participate in the Endymion parade and were able to walk back and forth to the property as needed because it was on the parade route, only 1 block away. There were many amazing restaurants in a short walking distance as well. We would probably not walk to Bourbon St. again, but it was still a very short Uber drive away. All in all, this property was very spacious and met all the needs of my group and we highly recommend.

Great house for groups

Wonderful, well-maintained and equipped house in quiet, leafy neighborhood, very close to grocery shopping, pharmacy and restaurants, and within easy reach of NOLA destinations. Lots of room for an extended family to gather as a group and for individuals to have privacy. The host, Alex, could not have been more responsive to questions or requests, including for early arrival. Highly recommended for families or other groups planning to visit New Orleans.

Loved everything about this location. House was awesome. We had 10 people and plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Many near by restaurants, grocery store and close to trolley. Alex was very easy to work with. Will be back again.

Great place for a large group/family and great location. Plenty of room in this nicely updated house and porches. Good local restaurants, close to grocery store, and 1 block from the Canal Street Trolley which connects you to everything in New Orleans.

The perfect home!!

This was the perfect home for the weekend with my cousin and her family. It is in a perfect location and was the perfect size. All 9 of us fit comfortably with plenty of hang out space. Perfect home for large groups visiting New Orleans

Alex's place was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Everything was spotless when we arrived, check-in & out were effortless, and Alex was easy to contact. The neighborhood felt very safe, and there were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. We had a group of 10 and fit more than comfortably in Alex's place. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans, whether it be for a short period of time, or extended. Alex's place had everything you could need. Thanks again! :)

Excellent property very close to the streetcar line for easy transportation down to the French Quarter. The owner Alex was very accommodating in rescheduling after having to postpone due to the pandemic. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
