Had no heat other than an electric fireplace in the living room. You couldn’t use the light in the bedroom without the fan turning on high (the chain to turn off the fan was missing). The WiFi was intermittent. The listing stated the entire house was for rent but it was a duplex, with a barking dog and a chirping smoke detector next door. The place was clean but very dated, especially the carpets. It equates to a Motel 6 in comforts. It was close to our venue but the neighborhood was too sketchy to walk back after concerts at UNO.
