We had two issues, first was we had a two bedroom apt and the bedrooms were upstairs and we didn’t realize that when we booked. The stairs are winding and my 80yr old mother had a hard time navigating those stairs. Anyone that can’t climb stairs should stay in this apt. We ended up moving to a penthouse 3bedroom apt which was lovely! It gave us more room for our family. The host was very accommodating, however we had to pay an additional cleaning fee on top of additional cost to move into one of their penthouse apt. We would definitely stay here again and I have already recommended it to a couple of friends who are planning on coming in the fall. ##### Kelly R. We had a great stay, the only issue was running out of hot water during showers. We also stopped by the restaurant downstairs and had great cocktails on our way out for dinners. I would give this property and the property managers more stars if I could. This place was perfection. The first place we stayed was beautifully modern and so clean. The location is ideal and within walking distance to so many great restaurants and attractions. Cami and Ericka were available and so responsive any time I had a question. We were supposed to check out Wednesday but decided after a day here that we wanted to extend our trip. They accommodated and kept us in the same location just switched rooms and the second room was so beautiful and spacious as was the first. Everything is perfectly styled, and in its proper place. The furnishings themselves are very nice. Whoever they have decorate for them does a fabulous job. We had a wonderful time, taking a stroll down memory lane of New Orleans. When I read the review before staying, I was originally thinking there were two full bathrooms. It was my misunderstanding because the review says a bath and a half. There is a full bath on the second floor with two very nice, large bedrooms. One bedroom even has a private balcony. Downstairs is a huge open concept living room kitchen dining room with a balcony. The half bath is also downstairs. The place is absolutely phenomenal. The people there were very nice. We ran into some friends of theirs who were staying in the penthouse. If the owners and/or management is anything as nice as their friends, then you cannot do better than this for a place to stay. I will definitely stay with New Orleans luxury rentals when I come back. Hopefully, I can be lucky and stay in the penthouse. ##### Tay B.
