Le mobilier et les murs sont maganés et usés. Il n’y avait pas de wifi ni d’eau chaude dans la douche. Il n’y avait que deux serviettes, sans débarbouillettes ni tapis de douche. Il faisait très froid et il n’etait pas possible de diminuer la climatisation. Nous sommes vraiment déçus de la qualité de cet hôtel.

A notre arrivé, la personne à l'accueil était très bête, et peu serviable. Dans la chambre il y avait une grosse tache sur le tapis et on a trouvé du sang sur un oreiller. La piscine était sale, nous avons trouvé des morceaux de peaux.

Le stationnement coûte 50$US par jour et il faut utiliser le service de valet (+tip). C'est beaucoup trop cher. La piscine est beaucoup plus petite qu'elle en a l'air.

I’m not one to write a bad review but pleassseee go somewhere else other than this junk. The only pros to this place is the location. The manager was very rude and confrontational when we asked about them having a microwave to warm our food and we were told what’s the problem is they don’t have and that there’s none in the whole building. The pillows had mold on them and when housekeeping brought new ones it was very dirty with black stuff all over them. The pool was very dirty, no one could swim in it. I could go on and on but the bottom line is DO NOT GO TO THIS JUNK YARD

There was a loud grinding sound at all hours of the day and night. Additionally, the mattress cover on the bed had some very hard lumps.

I was disappointed with my room. I had an early checkin, so I’m assuming I was given whatever was available but my room had no view, right on Bourbon street, therefore I got an earful of the loud music that made the walls vibrate. No microwave, bathroom plumbing had signs of rust, no shower caps, or toiletries. I selected this hotel because it stated it’s luxurious but I didn’t see it. It’s Mediocre

When we first arrived 3 people had been shot at the corner of the hotel, the room smelled like urine, stains on the floor I mean you name it not enough towels in the room. We ended up leaving early this hotel and staff is awful… not to mention one of the employees tried to scam me out of valet charges for the 3 night stay

I want to share this review because after reading many of the reviews here I almost did not book this hotel and I have to say that I’m very glad I did. I think if you are an extremely picky person and everything has to be perfect then I have a feeling you may not like this property or a lot of the properties you stay at. But for folks that are looking for a pretty hotel, close to literally EVERYTHING, Bourbon is a less than a minute walk, but don’t worry, you don’t hear anything in your room. There are great restaurants right on the street, shopping, nightlife, the cable cars are right in front so you can hop on if you don’t want to walk. The room was clean and very spacious and the beds were very comfortable, minus one pillow that was a little tough. The shower pressure was amazing. The staff complied with all of our requests in a timely manner. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast buffet-that sucked, and the coffee was horrible, and it’s $24, which for what it is, totally not worth it. However, the restaurant did say that they share the property but don’t belong to the hotel. So, I guess in general, the hotel to me was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. Oh, and I like that at night they ask for your room key before you are let in to the hotel and this provides an added layer of security which we appreciated.

Loved the location most of all. Room thermostat didn’t seem to be working properly but temp was comfortable at 70. We would have liked 68 for sleeping. The carpet was wet around it so maybe it had just broke. The front desk was so nice and offered to move us. Valet guys were awesome! Would definitely stay there again!!!!

The location is great. The pool was closed for 3 days out of my 4 days stay for maintenance. The cleanliness of the bathroom is not great and the overall state of the room is very mediocre. The room had a a bad smell in the entry area which seemed to be from the carpet. Otherwise the location is great and tight off streetcars and lots of shops/restirants.

Great hotel! We did not feel safe venturing from the property in the evening. Room was not the same as described on expedia. It was not a walk-in shower and it didn’t include the breakfast. It was also right next to the elevators! The trip was priced right. I guess you get what you pay for!!

Beautiful property but hasn’t been kept up as it should for being a Crown Plaza hotel. The water handle in my room was faulty and went from cold to super hot because it was loose. Also had the secondary lock broken in my room so didn’t feel very safe.

Hotel is located right at the start of Bourbon Street so be prepared for a man on the sidewalk with a sound system playing music until 3am on weekends. Questionable people like to hang out on the corner of the hotel. Security guard checks room keys after 12am so that made me feel a little safer.
