Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located downstairs unit of a contemporary duplex. 10 min drive to Downtown/French Quarter, 7 min drive to Jazz Fest at the Fairgrounds, 9 min drive to the Superdome, and 20 min drive from the airport. Kitchen is equipped with all you need to cook, eat, drink and enjoy. Includes onsite parking via the driveway and street parking. Enjoy amenities like ceiling surround sound speakers, board games, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and tea.

Home has 3 bedrooms: 1) master bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower; 2) second bedroom with Queen Bed and en suite bathroom with combo tub and shower; 3) 3rd bedroom with 1 Full size bed and a Twin size pull out trundle bed. Additional sleeping arranges are a Queen sofa bed and a Queen size air mattress. There is extra linen and pillows in the closets.
