Very nice neighborhood quiet and peaceful. But quickly can get to any restaurant or party within 5 to 8 min Uber ride basically anywhere, including Jazz Festival and Superdome. Located right in the middle of New Orleans. The rental unit is the ground floor and there was quite a bit of noise from the second floor - including walking around, conversations and more which can be unpleasant at times. We were provided with 1 roll of paper towel and an existing toilet paper roll in each bathroom. While the property owner offered more, it seems obvious more would be needed and shouldn't have to ask. The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The location is less than 10 minutes drive from Tulane and Magazine Street. ##### Nicole k. The location is perfect, close to Tulane, close to public transportation and shopping, and also convenient to other attractions we wanted to visit. The home was comfortable and attractive inside, and spotlessly clean. It's a quiet street, very nice. Communication with the owner was easy. There was always street parking readily available. We would be giving this an enthusiastic five stars except for a couple of little things. First the bed in the master bedroom makes VERY loud creaking and cracking noises at the slightest move, sounded like the bed was going to literally break apart, and the mattress was not at all comfortable. Second, there was no coffee provided, not even a little one-pot filter pack - so we immediately had to schlep around at night to find a store to buy coffee for the morning. We had to be out the door before 7am and doing that without coffee is not an option! All in all an excellent experience and we'd stay again if the bed was fixed. ##### Kauai Kahuna V.
