Location, location, location! Situated just steps away from the iconic streetcar line, your adventures in this enchanting city are at your doorstep. Immerse yourself in the rhythmic energy of New Orleans as you hop on the streetcar and explore famous attractions, jazz-filled streets, and world-renowned dining spots.  
  
The Space:  
Going up the stairs, you are greeted by the sunny living and dining area, before embarking down the hallway to the two well appointed bedrooms. One bedroom is a king and the other a queen, fully equipped with spa quality linens. The unit also boasts a fully equipped kitchen and - the highlight - a lovely sunroom overlooking Cadiz street! Furthermore, there is also a small nook with a desk, for your remote working needs!  
  
A back patio area is available and shared with the downstairs tenant.  
  
Guest Access:  
Guests have access to the entire home, but we are available when needed. This home is a duplex and there is another unit above.  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Step outside and immerse yourself in the vibrant culture of Uptown. Prime Mardi Gras location!! Discover charming boutiques, local art galleries, and an array of dining options that capture the essence of New Orleans' rich culinary heritage. The streetcar is 2 blocks away and can take you to all parts of the city.
