Stocked with basic cookware, you'll have everything you need for a meal at home! 3 bedrooms & 1.5 baths offer an array of sleeping arrangements for you and your guests. There's also a driveway for off-street parking that allows for one vehicle as well as a private backyard. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM. There is a unit on the other side of the shared wall of this listing, however, the tenants do not have access to the backyard. There one reserved off-street parking spot in the driveway. This driveway is divided down the middle by the property line. The other side is designated for our neighbor. Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area! We're available anytime you need us! Located in the uptown Broadmoor neighborhood, you will be a short ride from just about anywhere you may desire to go in the city. Our neighborhood is extremely centrally located which will help cut down your travel time and give you more time to enjoy our beautiful city! There are plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby just ask us for recommendations! We recommend using Uber/Lyft services if you do not have your own car with you!
