Tucked onto a private, tree-lined lot, this updated home offers easy access to four seasons of fun. Spend winters cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skiing at Brundage Mountain, about 14 miles away, or just snuggling up in front of the woodstove. During the summer, there’s an on-site golf course and pool (fees apply), and abundant hiking and mountain biking trails. Head over to Payette Lake in McCall, about 17 miles away for water sports. The shops, restaurants, and amenities in New Meadows are around four miles south.

At home, the deck out back is perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, and wildlife spotting when the weather permits. Inside, you’ll find gorgeous wide-plank wood floors, cabin-modern furnishings, abundant natural light, an open layout, and a wall of picture windows that bring the view inside. Don your chef’s hat and step into the well-equipped kitchen, boasting a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and breakfast bar seating, perfect for any little kitchen helpers. Serve up your culinary creations at the window-front table, then head out to explore.



When you get home, get the woodstove crackling and toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer for a quick refresh. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
