The road may not be plowed unless there is heavy (4"+) snow We get our share of wildlife and other woodland creatures on property — this is very much a cabin, and modern-rustic is the vibe. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs, and walkways before each arrival, but due to the natural setting, you may still notice some leaves, pollen, or similar—especially during certain seasons. We appreciate your understanding as nature tends to leave its mark, no matter how often we tidy up! We are on a well, so water pressure will fluctuate. There's no television, but you won't miss it. There \*is\* central A/C and heat, a supply of firewood, and a feeling of seclusion from neighboring cabins.
