HOUSE RULES:
Must be 24yrs old to rent.
Guest must E-sign our rental agreement and submit a 500$ security hold that will be released upon checkout.
MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests allowed. Any guests over 14 subject to cancellation of reservation.
Parking: Max of 5 cars allowed on the property. No Street parking allowed.
No Pets allowed without prior authorization. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000 and subject to immediate eviction.
No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house, you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Any Outdoor smoking must be cleaned up and discarded.
No Events, No Parties. Charged a 600.00 additional cleaning fee and subject to immediate eviction.
No shoes allowed inside the house. We provide complimentary slippers to our guests.
There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner.
