Bring the Whole Family to enjoy the beautiful space this house has to offer which is located in a peaceful neighborhood on a dead end street Our home consists of a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room with a 65” HD Tv, and a game room. \* The Kitchen has all new appliances including a fridge, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and is fully stocked with supplies. \* 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds are located upstairs. \* Bedroom with Queen bed is located in the basement. \* Full bathroom is located upstairs. \* Full bathroom is located in the basement. \* Washer and Dryer is located in the basement. \* Game room is located in the garage. \*Garage is not available for parking, please do not open garage doors \* Keyless keypad on the front door. \* Free parking for 3 vehicles. However we do have to enforce some rules for the safety of our house \[ we take a lot of pride In it \] and to make sure we keep our neighbors happy. \[ 1 \] The occupancy limit for this property is the same number of guests as your reservation at all times. $50\. Per person a day or a violation of this could lead to immediate removal of all guests without refund. \[ 2 \] No parties, No Loud music, No Boisterous Behavior,. \[ 3 \] Renters will respect and follow all rules as outlined in the house Rules section. \[ 4 \] Renters agree not to contact Host until they have read the house manual. Will be sent 2 days before arrival. \[ 5 \] Smoking cigarettes/marijuana is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate $500\. fee \[ 6 \] Unless previously agreed upon host, there is a $50\. Late checkout fee for the first hour and a rate of $100\. / For each hour thereafter. \[ 7 \] No pets allowed. $400\. Fine if rule is broken. \[ 8 \] If by your fault of breaking any house rules causes a scheming conflict with other guests, you may be charged the amount owing the discount or refund , per guest. \[ 9 \] Repeated infractions of the house rules can result in dispatching of our security team for the immediate refund , this will result in a $500\. Penalty additional to any applicable fees. \[ 10 \] Any missing/damaging items guests are responsible to pay the cost. I say home because.. wow! Beautiful view off the back patio, a spacious backyard for games along with a nice hot tub directly below! We enjoyed cooking breakfast out on the black stone and soaking up the morning sun in the outdoor seating. The games in the garage are a much added bonus to entertain kids but we had a blast with them as well! Over all this stay was one of our favorites! If you love modern home style while still having all the practicality to function in a home, this is the place! Comfy couch, huge TV, beautiful spacious dining table, and a great kitchen with lots of room! Bedrooms were super clean and cozy too! Location is secluded but not all at the same time which was perfect! Shady maple is only a 5 minute drive away which has endless shopping from farmers market to a huge buffet if you choose to eat out, along with all the touristy must haves. Safe to say New Holland has a piece of our hearts! Hosts were SO good with communication and really reflected this areas sweet charm. We were greeted after a day out and about to baked goods on our step and a nice message letting us know they popped over to drop them off. My family enjoyed the games in the basement and using the hot tub in the evening. All paper products and laundry products were provided.
