This is a working ranch though so if you are looking for quiet and to be without people this might not be the place. There were several ranch hands working and using backhoes and other vehicles throughout our stay. Owner might want to clearly state this on the listing. The 30+ acres are not all available to use. Owners should invest in blinds or better curtains as we had teen girls with us and cars coming and going at 3 am shining their lights through the windows.
