Guests enjoy the entire two‑story house to themselves, offering comfort, privacy, and a classic small‑town vibe while staying close to central Pennsylvania’s top attractions. The home comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests: \- Bedroom 1: Queen bed \- Bedroom 2: Two twin beds \- Living Room: Queen pull‑out sofa with a 5‑inch mattress topper for extra comfort There’s a full bathroom upstairs and a convenient half bath downstairs, plus a dining room, living space with smart TV (streaming & DVDs), and WiFi throughout. The kitchen is equipped with cooking facilities including stovetop, oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee maker, and a waffle maker with complimentary waffle supplies. A washer/dryer, central A/C, and off‑street parking add to your ease and comfort. Families with young children are welcome — baby items such as a booster seat, playpen, and baby bath are available upon request. It is easy to access, has ample parking (on and off street), and is in a great location. Convenient to downtown New Cumberland while also offering many River and creek access points, it is also an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, and the highway. Our dog loved the fenced in yard, and the humans in our party enjoyed the waffle fixings and snack pack that our host left for us. We also want to specifically mention the shower, which has incredible water pressure (something far too many rentals overlook). We will 100% be booking heee again! ##### James H. Overall everything was nice and very clean. Everything was easy to locate as she labeled all the cabinets. The only minor issue is my very old dog (16y) wasn't able to navigate the stairs and I had to carry her up and down the steeper staircase. This is more the nature of the age of the buildings than the fault of the host but I feel that this might be helpful information to know in case you have a older dog(or one that can't climb stairs). ##### Renee T. The yard is great for early morning dog walking, and the location is perfect to downtown New Cumberland. We enjoyed going to my son’s graduation at Messiah and a very adventurous kayaking trip down the Yellow Breeches creek. Myrna (our foxhound) loves the upstairs, the yard, and the two dog parks within easy driving distance. Olivia leaves you waffle fixings, teas, and a welcoming atmosphere that we will use again and again when we’re in the area. Thanks again, Olivia, we will see you again next time!!, ##### James H.
