"The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken and this was an inconvenience also we received a strange text from corporate at about 8 am prompting us to go to an online checkout and tell them when we would be leaving. This is not the way to treat a guest. They should not send this message."

"The location was off but you have to look up Crooked Creek in order to find the actual location. It's really nice and clean. No extra TV in the bedroom, but that's fine. It really is a pretty place though."
