conveniently located 6 miles to BIG RIVERS WATERPARK, 3 miles from Lake Houston Park and 19 miles from Bush  
Airport. 2 story, 3 bedroom (all upstairs), 2.5 bath; this family home in a peaceful neighborhood in New Caney, surrounded by nauture yet close drive to Houston minutes from highway 249, easy access to Sam  
Houston Tollway/Beltway 8, and I-45.
