Come and relax in this newly built 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home. Whether bringing the family together, catching up with friends, or just getting away, this cottage is a wonderful place to be. Walk 2 blocks to downtown New Buffalo to enjoy good food, or head over to Barney’s grocery for supplies then cook your own specialities in the full kitchen or on the back patio Weber grill.

The walk along the marina is a favorite with Stray Dog right there to satisfy your appetite.

Stroll to the beach to enjoy playing in Lake Michigan or watching beautiful sunsets over the water. There are beach chairs and towels for you in the cottage. Or stay close to the cottage and relax at the private, heated community pool.

Catch up with a good book on the screened in front porch, or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV's.

The house has a wonderful layout that allows visitors to spread out over three floors, with bedrooms and bathrooms located on every level.

The second floor has 2 bedrooms and a shower. The first bedroom has a queen bed while the second has two twin beds. There are also two portable cribs available.

On the main level, there is a bedroom with queen bed and full bath. And in the fully finished basement, there is a queen bedroom en suite.

Great location. Easy walk to everything New Buffalo has to offer. Communication with the host was excellent. Cottage Mo worked great for all 7 of us, including my daughter’s family of 4 (including a toddler and a 1 year old), me and my wife, and another daughter. Plenty of space. Sleeping arrangements worked very well.

Our family of 7 had a perfect 2-night stay at Cottage Moe! The location cannot be beat, right downtown and short walk to the lake, shops and restaurants. The house itself is spacious, decorated to perfection and has everything we needed for cooking, heading to the beach and relaxing. So much attention to detail in the furnishings and lots of special touches. A great stay!

The space is beautifully decorated with the perfect mix of cozy and stylish, and every detail was thoughtfully considered.The location couldn’t be better—tucked away just enough to feel private and peaceful, but still close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was the perfect setting for a girls’ weekend and a special way to celebrate turning 50! We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend this little gem!

Lovely Home, Perfect Location

Cottage Moe is located within walking distance of everything you'd come to New Buffalo to do. The home is spotless and has such a wonderful, peaceful vibe. Coffee on the front porch to start the day and if you have children, they will love the pool right down the street. The host is helpful and reachable by phone if the need arises. We would definitely return to this home/area.

Very Kid-Friendly!

We stayed at Leann’s place for Memorial Day weekend. The weather was on the cooler side ,but the pool was heated and steps away from the cottage! This was an amazing perk that my family and I really enjoyed.Leann called me a day before check in and gave me other tips for young kids . We went to a great playground nearby, used her wagon to bring things to the beach and hung out in the children’s area of the library that was a block away.

Great Family Vacation

Our recent week in New Buffalo was great fun. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The host, Leann, was personable and responsive. We really liked the location; a charming neighborhood in walking distance to all the town had to offer. The toddler bed and little play room were especially appreciated by our two small children.

Exceptional Home And Hosts!!

The cottage was impeccable and provided awesome spacing with the 3 baths and 3 separate floors. We traveled with our adult children: a newly wed couple took the basement, my husband and I took the main floor bed/bath, and our other 2 children each had their own. Bedroom upstairs. You are steps away from the pool and walking distance to so many places offered by New Beach. Owners are incredibly kind and will go above and beyond to answer any questions. We would definitely return!!

COZY & COMFORTABLE W e have been gointg to new buffalo for about 10 years. This was our first time st Cottage Moe. It was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, well stocked and loved that it was walking distance to beach Stray dog and all the shops. Beautiful inside and out. Decorated so cute. Loved it and will be back.

Love Cottage Moe!

This is my families third time staying at Cottage Moe. We absolute love it! The amenities provided exceeded our expectations always - from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds, and all the things you could ever need for the beach. Everything was perfect! The location is ideal, providing both tranquility and easy walking access downtown to shops and restaurants. Leann is one of the sweetest hosts and was incredibly responsive and ensured our stay was seamless. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Family Getaway!

House was perfect, had more then enough room! Working with the owner was great, no problems at all! Pool was fun, just a few steps from the house. House had everything we needed. It was walking distance to everything!
