Cascading porches offer many views of the river. This house is meant to bring people together, with many places to gather around dinner tables or a fire pit, cook in the large kitchen, or enjoy the spacious covered 1st floor patio, located under the house. Lake Dunlap is a beautiful lake located between i-35 and i-10 on the Guadalupe River, come enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Guadalupe River. All nearby activities such as Schlitterbahn, The Bandit golf course, Tube chute at the Comal, and floating the Guadalupe are available within a short drive. 10 miles from Wurstfest , Landa Park(Park Spring fed pool, Put Put, and Golf course) 11 miles from Schlitterbahn 13 miles from Gruene Hall 10 miles from the Tube Schute on the Comal River 10 miles from float trips on the Guadalupe River You’ll love The Tree Top Haus because of the views, the location, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. It's is perfectly located on the premier spot of Lake Dunlap. Ample space and the views are spectacular. The ambiance is serene, and the outdoors space available is more than enough! SPACIOUS is the word that best describes this property. All of the rooms are big, cozy and comfortable. It also features an ADA approved elevator in front. You will not find yourself feeling cramped at The Tree Top Haus! The home is situated on 2 lots which gives 110 feet of waterfront. It features a large front and back yards, oversized bedrooms, living room, and extremely spacious kitchen. Pots, pans, utensils and coffee maker are all provided. The 80 inch Flat Screen TV in the living room is HUGE! The Master Bedroom is spacious and accommodating with a double vanity bathroom. It even has its own private balcony overlooking beautiful Lake Dunlap on the Guadalupe River. The home boasts three separate dining areas, one inside the home, one on the upstairs deck, and large farm table that seats 12, is located on the ground level under the house patio. Two kayaks and a paddle board will enable you to explore the tranquil waters. The area directly under the house provides multiple seating areas, gas grill, BBQ with firebox, dining, a ping pong table and cover parking. A burn pit and a chiminea for evening gatherings are also available. As well as a basketball hoop, So bring your best game. \*\*\* Garage Apartment is Now Available\*\*\* If you are needing a bit more space, we have a one bedroom, one bath apartment that can be added to this listing. There are Two separate entrances to the space, with its own staircase and there is also a back entrance which is accessible by the outdoor elevator. This space offers its own kitchen and living space. \*\*\* If your choose to book this as well there would be an additional Administration fee of $200 per night. The house was great and we enjoyed the ping pong table, corn hole, darts, etc. below the house. The house is wonderful and plenty of room. We were there 4th of July and the fireworks were beautiful. Nice location on Lake Dunlap with pretty views from the decks. Rooms are generously sized - huge kitchen perfect for large gatherings and oversized living and dining areas. Great decks on the back of the house and a huge master suite upstairs. Two bedrooms on each floor that share two bathrooms. Ground level was ideal for getting together with friends. Lots of tables, chairs, a gas grill, firepit and all kinds of recreational items. Parking can accommodate 4 or 5 cars. Two minor maintenance issues were quickly resolved.
