Welcome to Your Cozy New Braunfels Cottage!  
Located in the peaceful Solm's Landing neighborhood, this newly built home offers modern comfort and easy access to local attractions. Just 3 miles from historic Gruene, Texas, where you can enjoy fine dining, wine tasting, and live music at Gruene Hall. With brand-new furnishings and a bright, open layout, this cottage is perfect for relaxing or exploring everything New Braunfels has to offer.  
  
Escape to this newly built, beautifully furnished cottage in the tranquil Solm's Landing neighborhood. The home features two spacious bedrooms, perfect for restful nights, and a bright, open floor plan filled with natural light.  
  
Gather around the dining area, which comfortably seats six, or enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen with ample counter space and has all the essentials to make your stay comfortable including a Keurig coffee maker.   
  
Both bedrooms are equipped with queen-sized beds.   
  
The living room includes a full-sized sofa and a loveseat, with the sofa also serving as a sleeping area for an additional guest.  
  
The home is equipped with two smart TVs that have streaming capabilities, along with complimentary Wi-Fi.  
  
A full sized washer and dryer are also steps away from the kitchen.   
  
Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway or an extended retreat, this cozy cottage is the perfect base for your New Braunfels adventure.  
  
Guests have access to the entire home. Keyless access to the home by the digital keypad.
