So close to Gruene and attractions that we walked there. If you drive it is less than a minute away. Elevator is a great addition as one of the our family members couldn’t walk upstairs. The furnishings and decor were simple and elegant. The couch was so comfortable. I really appreciated the extra blankets around, as it was nice to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was amazing. I cannot wait to go back in the Spring/Summer and enjoy the easy river access and all the area has to offer. ##### Kouri H. We were in Gruene for the annual Wine and Music Festival and wanted a place that was within walking distance of Gruene Hall. This condo property was perfect! River frontage and an amazing park-like back yard with all the amenities. We didn't have time on this trip to use the outdoor amenities, but it's a wonderful property. The condo itself was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and looked like a model home. So spacious, clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again! Jun 1, 2024 #### Wonderful vacation experience When arriving at the condo, the condo was very clean. Had lots of space to relax and be comfortable. Just like being at your own house. The location was fantastic. It was close to all the restaurants and the river. The condo was decked out with everything you need all I had to do was buy a few items at the store to stock up, food etc. I have a wonderful time at this location. Mar 22, 2024 #### Very clean The home was very clean. The elevators only worked on Friday which was very inconvenient on Sunday dragging luggage down 3+ flights of stairs.
