This place was perfect. It slept 6 large adults with no problem. It is conveniently located near so many restaurants and stores. It was close to the Comal canal and the Guadalupe River. The grounds were well kept. Nicely located near the New Braunfels action. However, there was a loud party below us well after midnight on our 2nd night there. Went down and tried talking to them, we ended up calling the cops. Did no good. Up all night.
