Conveniently located next door is Texas Tubes for tubes and shuttle service, and only few short blocks to Historic Downtown New Braunfels. Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included. Great access to the water, and then back yard leading to the river was like a nature retreat, so many deer. we felt tucked away from the other cottages with privacy on the porch. Only issue was the AC took a long time to cool off at the end of a 100 degree day, but once it did it was perfectly cold and house was nice and dark for sleeping in. Random issue - the beep on the fire alarm started going off at 4am and I had to remove it from the house, but that happens when batteries go out - just unfortunate timing. Overall, we would stay again and recommend this for a nice river getaway! ##### Traci R.
