Conveniently located next door is Texas Tubes for tubes and shuttle service, and only few short blocks to Historic Downtown New Braunfels. Bringing a furry friend along? No problem! Our optional pet service is available for just $25.00 per day for dogs under 40 lbs and $40.00 per day for dogs over 40 lbs. A one-time $35 cleaning fee applies for additional cleaning inside the cottage. Yard cleanup is not included. Cathy was super accommodating and responded promptly to any communication even though she was on vacation herself. We walked to dinner Friday night and enjoyed the property all day Saturday. It was a fine place to include our dog and there was a nice welcome basket with snacks for us and treats for our dog. The backyard was really spacious and allowed for a nice get together with our other daughter and a few friends. Lovely weekend with deer joining us as well! ##### Peter J. H.
