No pillow cases. One bedroom sheets were not changed. If you advertise a beautiful view you should wash the the windows so that beautiful view can be seen better. We were told 2 working coffee makers untrue. One that was sitting out flashed needs to be cleaned. It wouldn’t make coffee kept getting stopped up. Other maker no pots could be found.They didn’t bring us new coffee maker. They gave us no refund for all the negatives that happened. ##### Nancy M.
