There was a lot of space and many places to sit and talk. It was clean and had a lovely view.It has a fenced in yard and a space for the kids to play upstairs also. There was plenty of space to park as parking on the street on the cul-de-sac was very accessible. There were tables with 6-8 chairs inside and out on the porch as well.
