We were welcomed with tea and coffee by friendly man at reception. The breakfast was very nice and the staff were so nice and friendly. Our room was made up each day, clean towels, bins emptied and everything thing replenished. We rented a car and had parking just outside the hotel. He went so far out of his way to provide excellent service, he made us feel like kings and queens. He, himself, carried a whole case of water into my room. Not only did he make arrangements for transportation but he or one of his staff would park my rental car. I’ve never experienced such personal assistance or customer service at another hotel. There was absolutely nothing more he could’ve done to make us feel comfortable. The rest of the staff are also very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the breakfast is amazing. Staff were fantastic ad it was very clean. Breakfasts are a set menu and had too much food (they kept serving even when you try to decline the food), but they really make an effort there in all aspects. If you’re wondering which hotel to choose, I highly recommend this one. The room was spotless and perfectly clean, which I believe will also satisfy cleanliness-conscious Japanese travelers like myself. We stayed in Room 500, which was very spacious and came with a lovely balcony, a large bathtub, and a comfortable bed—we couldn’t have been happier. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the town center with hardly any slopes, making it easy to get around. Above all, the staff provided outstanding service. When we struggled with paying cash for our tour, they kindly and patiently helped us. The hot air balloon and horseback riding tours we booked through the hotel were truly unforgettable! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Cappadocia.
