Overall, the experience was okay, but the lack of air conditioning in the rooms made it quite uncomfortable, especially during the summer. It felt like torture trying to sleep in the heat. Aside from this issue, the rest of the stay was good. The hotel is clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My mom and l stayed for 3 nights. Our room was spacious and clean. We had fresh towels everyday. I cannot say enough about the staff!! Everyone from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, to the kitchen staff to the management were amazing! One night we were late for dinner and the front desk staff ordered us dinner from a local restaurant. Breakfast was wonderful. The kitchen staff made sure we had everything we needed. My mom forgot her passport in our room after we checked out and one of the staff members drove it out to the airport for her!! And the view is priceless! I watched the balloons flying at sunrise from the third floor, where I also sat and did some work on my laptop and ate dinner one night. I can go on! Otel çok temiz ve çalışanlar çok kibar yardımsever. Odamız balkonlu ön cephede yol çalışması yüzünden balkon toz içinde oturmak pek mümkün değil. Odalarda klima ve TV smart var. Wi-fi mevcut. Otelin tanıtımında terasta kahvaltı tanıtımı ve fotoğrafları vardı ama bizim geldiğimiz dönemde teras alanında tadilat var bundan dolayı da teras kapalıymış. Tüm bu deneyimlere bağlı olarak önümüzdeki aylarda otelin çok daha iyi imkanlara ve sunumlara sahip olacağını söyleyebilirim.
