"This was the worst place I've ever stayed at in my life! Please do not stay at this terrible place... i can't stress enough how horribly terrified i was staying here! The staff was horrible... the room was terrible smelling the property is falling apart and homeless people were sleeping outside the doors of the disgusting place! Beware not a safe place! I'm just thankful my dog was with me fkr protection! "

"Clean rooms but a bit outdated. They have an arcade for kids. Staff was friendly. They have a food court. No parking fees and easy and accessible parking. That's a big plus!! "

"There were a ton of restaurants and stores nearby. The house is very cute and perfect for a bachelorette. Ran into an issue, but was able to resolve it fairly quickly."

"We had a writers' retreat at this awesome house in Reno. Cute, quiet residential neighborhood with a coffee shop and pizza place within a five minute walk. The house was in immaculate condition and the outdoor space was incredible with a fire pit, hot tub, outdoor dining and comfortable seating area. We were immersed in the creative zone so did not leave the house to see anything Reno had to offer. Next time we will leave this little oasis to see more! Owners/management were great, too--we needed a plumbing issue handled and it was done professionally and quickly. I'm making up reasons to come back and stay here!"
