The finishes were completely updated. Its in the trees which we loved. The living room was a little small for the 4 of us to watch a movie, but we made it work. ##### Stacie H. However the house stayed pretty cold. They could not get it up to a comfortable temperature. it was cold outdoors, and the house would not heat up much. Our son, who lived in Nevada City for a long time said the house needs more than jus the two small units for the winter months. ##### Karen F.
