The apartment "sea breeze" was renovated in 2015 and is available for your feel-good holiday. The bright apartment is about 70 m² in size and designed for 3 people. An extra bed for a 4th person, which is recommended for children and adolescents, is possible in the sea breeze. The apartment contributes with many amenities such as internet, dishwasher to a relaxing holiday. Cuddly soft towels and bed linen can be booked. KITCHEN: The comfortable fitted kitchen has a dishwasher The freezer offers anglers plenty of space to freeze their catch. For the sake of the environment, the freezer will only be switched on in advance if you specify the requirements before arrival. Switching on is possible at any time. The stove with ceramic hob and oven loads to cook and bake. Coffee machine, Tassimo machine, microwave, refrigerator. Water and egg cookers are available. Uniform white dishes, glasses and cutlery complete the facilities. LIVING ROOM: From the cozy sofa on the TV (Diagonal 99 cm) can enjoy the TV program or movies or music from the brought USB stick. A music system with radio, CD player, USB port is available. The floor is designed with wood-look design flooring. BEDROOM I: The midday and evening sun shines into the room. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Einziges Manko war der teils unerträgliche Baulärm ( Ein direkt in der Nachbarschaft großes Gebäude wird mit Preßlufthämmern, Bagger usw. entkernt. Die Vermieterin kann da sicherlich nichts gegen machen, allerdings war davon in der Beschreibung nichts zu lesen. Was allerdings etwas nervig war : das automatische Flurlicht ,weniger wäre da etwas schöner . Aber ansonsten haben wir ( 2 Erwachsene + 2 Kids ) uns 13 Tage sehr wohl gefühlt . ##### Uwe N. Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2017 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Claudia M. 25 nov. 2017 #### Gemütliche, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist etwa 70qm groß, dazu gibt es einen Wintergarten. Im Garten befinden sich neben hochwertigen und geschmackvollen Möbeln ein Gerätehaus mit Auflagen, Sonnenschirm, Spielsachen etc. sowie Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders die Küche. Es gibt ausreichend Stauraum in allen Räumen, lediglich im 2\. Schlafzimmer ist es sehr eng und nur eine bzw. 2 Schlafmöglichkeit vorhanden. Die Gastgeber haben ebenfalls für enorm viel Infomaterial zu Freizeitaktivitäten und Veranstaltungen sowie Adressen zu Lieferdiensten etc. hinterlegt.
