Kammerlander is a 3-family vacation rental house located in the resort of Neukirchen Am Großvenediger, Austria, just 200 meters from the center. It offers convenient amenities such as Internet WiFi, Parking on the premises, and a storage room for skis, central heating system, and a ski boot dryer.

The property is conveniently situated just 100 meters from the skiing area, with mountain railway, ski lifts, and slopes nearby. It is a short 5-minute walk to the center, where you can find a supermarket and restaurant within 200 meters.

The Kammerlander apartment is a 3-room unit spanning 50 square meters. It is located on the 3rd floor and offers simple and cozy furnishings. The living area features sloping ceilings and is equipped with cable TV. Additionally, there are 2 rooms, each with sloping ceilings and a double bed, as well as a shower. One of these rooms provides access to the balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment comes with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring sloping ceilings, an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining nook within the kitchen area. Other amenities include a separate WC, carpeted floors, a balcony with furniture, and panoramic views. For your convenience, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and free WiFi internet access are provided.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and a fire extinguisher is available for your safety.
