Completely, lovingly renovated holiday house with winter garden in the lake for rentThis freestanding holiday home is located in the dike foreland in a quiet holiday park in the immediate lake near Neuhausste in the estuary area of ​​the Elbe and Oste in the North Sea. On the ground floor there is a bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), a small hallway, a cozy, light dining room, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a large flat screen TV , Toaster, water cooker and washing machine) and the light-flooded, spacious winter garden. In the attic is the sleeping area. There is a double bed (1.80m x 2m), and two single beds (0.90m x 2m). The single beds are separated from the double bed by a blind curtain. Outside there are two terraces, parking for two cars is at guests' disposal. It is about 500 sqm plot with a well-kept garden. At the moment, we have created an opportunity for the owners of the dog in the vicinity of the terrace. The property is currently not fenced. Dog owners have to lead the dogs in the outdoor area on a leash. Many Thanks.

The ground floor has a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), a small hallway, a cozy, bright dining room, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a large flat screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (with oven, induction hob, coffee maker, microwave, dryer , Toaster and washing machine) and the light-filled conservatory.   
In the attic is the sleeping area. There is a double bed (1.80m x 2m), and two single beds (0.90m x 2m). The single beds are separated from the double bed by a blind curtain.  
Outside there are two terraces, parking for two cars is at guests' disposal. It is about 500 sqm plot with a well-kept garden.   
At the moment, we have created an opportunity for the owners of the dog in the vicinity of the terrace.
