Very friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but no hot food. The hotel is clean, comfortable and in good condition, though the bed base bit worn out. Overall would recommend this hotel which is 18 minutes away in the train from Lucern. Conveniently next to the train station. Good location to travel to various places of interest.

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff member who welcomed us was exceptionally friendly and professional, creating a warm and inviting first impression. We stayed in room 209, which was perfect for our family of four. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Large windows filled the room with natural light, enhancing the open and airy feel. The view from our room was truly breathtaking. Overlooking the mountains, it offered a serene and picturesque backdrop that made our stay even more memorable.

We had a great time staying at AVA hotel and our room which was a junior suite had plenty of space and Yvonne was wonderful and very helpful. The only things that we recommend to add are first and foremost air conditioning which is lacking in most properties in Switzerland and as the temperatures are constantly getting warmer it is becoming a necessity and not a luxury. Secondly it would be great to have the option of having a small refrigerator in the rooms. We bought a lot of great Swiss chocolate and fortunately Yvonne accommodated us by keeping them in the main refrigerator to keep them from melting.

Okay for one night. Quite pricey. There was no air conditioning in the room unfortunately (although we knew about it beforehand), but thankfully there was a fan. Plenty of choices at breakfast.

ともかく駅の目の前になるので迷うことなく便利。郊外型のビジネス主体の？ホテルなので、観光地からは少し距離がありますが、静かで落ち着けます。値段も少し安価で泊まれるのではないでしょうか？

Dommage car bel etablissement.

Quel dommage, L hotel est magnifique,les chambres aussi,le personnel est adorable et le petit dejeuner parfait,mais manque l essentiel en été, la clim. Les chambres orientees vers la rue dokvent etre ouvertes la nuit pour ne pas etouffer et la, c est la nuit blanche assuree avec la station de train de banlieu juste en face. C est vraiment dommage une fois fermee les baies vitrees sont tres isolantes mais impossible par canicule de ne pas ouvrir. Nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas ,une nuit sans dormir nous a vacciné. Comment ne pas installer la clim de nos jours pour un etablissement de ce standing?

房間冇空調冇雪櫃，空氣唔流通，須打開窗但在鐵路旁，燥音很大，怎樣掛上4星级？ 正門5時後上鎖，沒有職員看守，住客要自行從後門進入，垃圾没有每日清理，早餐選擇很少，不建議選擇入住，這是價錢，入住賓館質素！

Hotel récent facilement accessible. Chambres très confortable avec équipement complet. PDJ complet et très bon café. Places parc en sous sol avec 2 chargeurs Tesla et 1 chargeur ouvert aux autres marques. Top !
