The 3-room house is 80 square meters and spread across two levels with modern furnishings. On the ground floor, you will find the living/sleeping room equipped with a double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV, leading out to the garden. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this level. Upstairs, accessed by a spiral staircase, you'll find one double bedroom with sloping ceilings and another room with two beds, also featuring sloping ceilings. A separate toilet is available on the upper floor as well.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. It features gas heating, a roofed terrace with outdoor furniture, and a portable barbecue for al fresco dining. Additionally, a children's high chair and a baby cot are provided for families traveling with young children.
