Quiet summer villa located within walking distance to town centre and Black Sea.  
The villa has 2 free parking lots in the front garden of the property fully equipped from everyday cooking essentials to private gymnasium on the second floor.   
The beach and the town center are located only within 300 meters distance form the house.  
There are many 24/7 supermarkets available during the summer period nearby, plenty of restaurants as well as cafes, making it the perfect spot for a holiday!
