The apartment was clean, in a great location and gave contentment and everything we needed. The showstoppers, were the beautiful sea and mountain views from both terraces and the splash pool in the apartment was used everyday. It’s on a steep but manageable hill and 5 /6 mins walk down to the beach and 15 mins walk to the middle of town. The property is accessible only by steps either from Calle Bajamar or from a gate on the lower road. It is well equipped but needs some painting/re-grouting and some varnishing One of the lower bathrooms smells horrible and drains needs attention. Zeer goed en volledig ingericht huis, veilig en beveiligd, vlakbij het strand op nog geen 2 min. lopen. De service was erg goed, op de afgesproken tijden was onze contactpersoon ook stipt aanwezig, zeer vriendelijk dame met veel handige tips. Winkels en restaurantjes allemaal vlakbij op loopafstand, gratis parkeerplaatsen op straat en meer dan genoeg plek. Close to the beach, the private splashing pool on the roof terrace of the apartment was a great feature and the larger pool area (shared by the 6 apartments within the community) was great for kids. Hostess XXX even put water and some breakfast items in the fridge since we arrive at night! Perfekt med två badrum. Att sitta i minipoolen på övre terassen och blicka ut över Burriana är oslagbart.
