Situated in an environment that combines proximity to the pulse of the city with the tranquility of the sea, this apartment offers an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure. \- Burriana Beach (100 metres, approx. 2 minutes walk): Nerja's most popular beach, known for its lively atmosphere and wide range of beach restaurants, cafes, bars and small shops. Here you can enjoy fresh paella, try water sports such as paddle boarding, or simply relax on the golden sands. The beach is easily accessible and has facilities that make it comfortable even for seniors.  
  
\- Playa Carabeo (about 600 meters, 8 minutes walk): A smaller, picturesque beach with a calmer feel, perfect for relaxation. It is surrounded by cliffs and has clear water, ideal for a calm swim.  
  
\- Playa Calahonda (approx. 800 metres, 10 minutes walk): Located right next to the Balcón de Europa, this charming beach is known for its cave-like cliffs and crystal clear waters, perfect for snorkelling.
