It is ideally situated for families and groups in a central location just a 10-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa and an 8-minute walk to the famous Burriana Beach. There are many bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within an easy walk of the villa. Our Villa Kaisaras and Villa Victoria are next door to the villa - and all of our other properties in the Parador area are very close by. On the ground floor there is a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining room from which patio doors lead on to a covered terrace ideal for dinner al fresco with table and chairs, the terrace and the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor there are three further bedrooms, a Kingsize double with large south facing balcony and en-suite bathroom with hydro massage bath, and two twin bedrooms with a further large family bathroom. Facilities include a fully fitted kitchen with oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, washing machine, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in all rooms. The villa has private off-street parking, a private pool (6.5m x 3.5m & 0.9m -1.5m depths), barbecue, outside furniture and 8 sunbeds. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ... Nerja really does offer something for everyone – whether wandering around the typically Spanish streets of whitewashed houses and the famous Balcón de Europa, shopping in the lively commercial area, enjoying the many water sports available at one of our amazing beaches, hiking in the incredible Sierra Almijara or making the most of free tapas still served with drinks in most bars – you’ll never be bored! The local caves – Cueva de Nerja – and the neighbouring hillside “Pueblo Blanco”, Frigiliana, are incredible must-sees during your stay. Further afield but within easy reach there are waterparks, aquariums, zoos, golf courses, the beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountain range with fabulous skiing over the winter months and the beautiful Andalusian cities of Málaga, Seville, Cordoba and Granada. Die Villa war extrem sauber und sehr schön zurecht gemacht. Das Interieur war teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was dem Gesamteindruck aber keinen Abbruch getan hat. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Ausstattung der Küche. Diese ließ überhaupt keine Wünsche offen. Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck etc. waren reichlich vorhanden, was wir in Spanien bislang meist ganz anderes erlebt haben. Hin und wieder hatten wir mit ein paar Ameisen zu kämpfen, aber das gehört in Nerja erfahrungsgemäß auch ein Stück weit dazu. Der Pool war sehr sauber, wurde gegen Ende unseres Aufenthaltes dann aber ein wenig trüb (was allerdings zeitnah behoben wurde).Wirklich positiv empfanden wir auch die Kommunikation mit der die Villa verwaltenden Agentur. Auf An- und Nachfragen wurde umgehend reagiert, eine defekte Kaffeemaschine innerhalb einer Stunde ausgetauscht. Zur Mitte unseres Aufenthaltes hin fand eine Zwischenreinigung mir Handtuchwechsel statt, die ebenfalls super durchgeführt wurde.Die Lage der Villa ist wirklich herausragend. Von dieser erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten den Burriana-Strand, die Innenstadt, aber auch die nördlich gelegene Hauptstraße.Unterm Strich würden wir diese Villa definitiv wieder buchen!!! ##### Florian M.
