The balcony is very small and would not be private if anyone was in the next apartment. There are 141 steps down to the beach & there is an additional 25 steps from the apartment door to the car park so it’s not suitable for anyone who finds walking difficult. It is quite a long walk to the Balcon and the restaurants of Nerja then you have to walk down a steep hill to the beach and back up those 141 steps. ##### George P.
