It is huge and has two spectacular balconies with great views overlooking the town right down to Playa Burriana. Everything is in A+ condition and we appreciated the cold bottle of wine waiting in the fridge. Of note, the hill is very steep, it comes with the awesome view! It's a spacious property and was very comfortable for the three of us. It's on a quiet development and the pool is 30 seconds from the front door. There are two spacious terraces (lower and upper) which both command good views down to Nerja and up into the hills, both furnished with all the creature comforts required. Contact with the owner and local management is very easy and any queries are responded to very quickly. We are very likely to return to this property next year. ##### Keith D.
