Welcome to Casa Pueblo Andaluz 38, a charming two-storey Andalusian house with a spectacular roof terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying unforgettable moments.  
  
At the entrance of the house, you will find a seating area, perfect for those alfresco evenings, typical of the Andalusian tradition. As you enter, you will be greeted by a cosy living room equipped with TV and high speed internet connection, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and all decorated with the charm of Andalusian style.  
  
On the first floor you will find two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds. Also, on this floor you will find a complete bathroom with shower. From here, you will have access to the incredible private roof terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views, a barbecue, gaze at the stars and spend unforgettable moments in the company of family and friends.

About the area:  
Pueblo Andaluz is located on Calle Andalucia in Nerja, which connects to the national road and then to Calle Bajamar, which leads to Burriana beach. The urbanisation consists of several townhouses with patios and a typical Andalusian style. It also offers a communal swimming pool where you can enjoy the sun and relax. With supermarkets and restaurants nearby, it is convenient both for organising a barbecue on the terrace and for dining out.  
  
Beach:  
The proximity of the House to Burriana Beach is a significant advantage, as this beach is well known and appreciated for its natural beauty, with fine sand and crystal clear waters. In 2023, Playa Burriana was again honoured with the Blue Flag, a distinction that highlights its commitment to quality and sustainability, evidencing compliance with high standards in cleanliness, safety and environmental management.  
  
This beach is not only an ideal place to enjoy the sun and sea, but also to participate in a variety of recreational activities. Visitors have access to numerous amenities such as showers, children's play areas, beach volleyball courts, pedalo rentals, sun beds, jet ski rentals, banana boat rides, parasailing and kayaking. In addition, the nearby promenade offers a selection of restaurants and bars where guests can sample the local cuisine, including the famous paellas at Ayo Restaurant.  
  
Transport:  
Burriana Beach is 600 metres away, and the centre of Nerja is 1 km away. You also have easy access to the lively centre of Nerja and the famous Burriana beach thanks to the local bus stop, just 100 metres from your home. With an hourly service, this reliable transport takes the hassle out of finding parking, making it easy for you to explore the local attractions.  
  
Parking:  
The accommodation does not have a parking space. In Nerja, street parking is free, although during high season more patience is required. Free parking is available 800 metres away at the Burriana roundabout.
