Located in the Burriana area of Nerja, this beautiful, ground floor, one bedroom apartment is just a 7 minute walk from Burriana Beach, with its restaurants, bars and nightlife. The apartment benefits from a new dual heat air-conditioning system + a smart TV with Netflix facility (subscription required) + Wi-Max internet and wi-fi. There is direct access to the community pool from the apartment's terrace. NEW LUXURY BATHROOM INSTALLED! This apartment is perfect for couples and families who prefer a quiet, relaxing location, but just a few minutes from the shops and nightlife of Burriana beach, consistently voted the top beach on the Costa del Sol. Burriana is a town of hills, slopes and steps, which adds to the beautiful scenery of mountains surrounding the town. It also means that although the apartment is just a 7 minute casual stroll down to the beach, it is a10-12 minute walk back up! The Burriana area of Nerja and our apartment, is not the best location for people with mobility issues. Please be aware that the pool is emptied in November for the winter period for annual cleaning and maintenance. It is usually filled just before Easter each year. However, for the last 2 years the pool has remained filled during the winter months......for the brave only! The terrace and pool area are very quiet and peaceful, the apartment was clean and has everything you might need, while the communication with Alan both before we arrived and while we were there was excellent. We stayed in Alan’s apartment which is located very close to Burrina beach . The location is excellent for the beach and also to the old town. Would highly recommend it the apartment is very clean and close to all amenities. It has a lovely swimming pool but could do with some parasols as it gets very hot!! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and 20 minutes to return as it’s uphill! Great shortcut to the old town which only takes 15 - 20 minutes. Alan left a folder with lots of information in the apartment which was very helpful. He also checked with us on arrival if we required any help or assistance and if we did to let him know. Great apartment and would return just be aware when opening the door to the apartment their are a set of steps as the apartment is on the lower floor which is great to get access to the pool. ##### Sharon D.
