Rue passante. Appartement froid, laissant à désirer au niveau propreté à l'arrivée (beaucoup de poussière à nettoyer avant d'utiliser les appareils électriques tels que cafetière/bouilloire et sur meubles, toiles d'araignées derrière tables de nuit et lit, sol/vaisselle sales). Appartement, vaisselle, appareils électriques nettoyés arrivée et départ et laisser plus propre qu'à l'entrée mais ménage quand même reproché par le propriétaire qui peut être agressif et vous traiter de menteur. Plaques chauffantes sur lesquelles il est impossible de faire bouillir de l'eau et fait nié par le propriétaire qui vous renvoie une vidéo avec de l'eau qui chauffe mais ne boue pas. Toilettes sanibroyeur. Rue passante, roulante et porte de sortie presque directement sur la rue avec tout petit bout de trottoir. Voisins qui font un rapport au propriétaire sur les locataires, pas de discrétion.
