For outdoor enthusiasts, the property is close to hiking paths like the Bisse du Milieu, just 50 meters away.

Unit Layout  
The "Chalet Soleil" is a 4-room chalet with an area of 80 square meters, spread across two levels. It features an entrance hall with a separate toilet, a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV, and an exit leading to a terrace with an east-facing position. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The chalet has electric heating. On the lower ground floor, there is one room with a French bed, one room with another French bed, and one room with bunk beds for two people, along with a bathroom and toilet. Additionally, there is a balcony with a north-facing position and a terrace with an east-facing position.  
  
Amenities Included  
The "Chalet Soleil" offers various amenities to enhance your vacation experience. It includes a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. Parking facilities include a reserved parking spot for one car and a garage for another car. Please note that the property is strictly non-smoking.
