### Grand-Place 16 - 7 pers - Attique avec Spa

"L'Attique" is a superb 105m2 apartment, comfortably accommodating 7 people and located in the center of the Haute-Nendaz resort, on the top floor of the Grand-Place residence.   
  
This magnificent, fully renovated apartment is served by a private elevator, guaranteeing direct access to the apartment and the privatizable spa area (Heated Pool & Sauna).   
  
Nicely distributed with a clearly defined night area separate from the day area, it is composed of:   
  
Day area: comfortable entrance with storage, magnificent open living space with a cozy living room corner and its fireplace, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen (induction hobs, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven), all under a generous wooden roof height, a true invitation to wonderful moments with family or friends.   
  
From the living room, you access the semi-closed mezzanine, hosting the TV corner, from which you can reach a low bedroom under the roof, "dormitory" style, ideal for children or young people, with 3 single beds available.   
  
Night area: 2 double bedrooms each with a 160x200cm bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC and sink, 1 bathroom with bathtub, WC, sink and towel dryer. A laundry column is also available in the apartment with washer and dryer.   
  
Two large corner balconies facing West/North/East bring beautiful brightness to this accommodation and guarantee a very nice view of the Rhône Valley and the Alps.   
  
Parking: 1 private garage box included in the rental   
  
In the residence: ski storage, heated pool and sauna.   
  
The spa area (pool & sauna) is privatized, by reservation only. Direct elevator access from the apartment to the spa area. Note: only the sauna is payable
