Renovated in 2023, it comprises 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and television, the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath/shower, washbasin and WC. The cosy living room has a TV and a large balcony that can also be accessed from the 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. Features: Hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with small pans). Internet and cable television. Hair dryer. From the south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun and a beautiful view of the Tracouet piste in Nendaz. There is an outdoor parking space in front of the building. The building has a lift and a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (with coins). Good to know: Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking: \- beds made on arrival \- towels \- final cleaning Optional: \- Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair) \- 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person The apartment is located opposite the ice rink and the playground and very close to the sledge run. Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter. Fireplace can not be used. There is no space for a baby cot in the bedrooms. Please note: the swimming pool in the building is permanently closed. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. There are neighbours living in the building all year round, therefore bachelor/bachelorette parties and other noisy celebrations are not permitted.
