But that's not all - you get a fabulous view at night of the lights of Tahunanui, Stoke & the Waimea Plains! The house is a grand design - the master bedroom is on the top floor with its own private balcony, with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The living area is at street level, as is the large double garage. This middle floor has the entry level foyer, spacious lounge and conservatory, kitchen and dining areas, plus an office, separate toilet & enticing deck-top with incredible views. The wrap around deck and BBQ area can be accessed via the conservatory & through sliding doors from the lounge or dining room. The lower level consists of three double bedrooms, large bathrooms, separate toilet, and the laundry. These bedrooms have doors opening on to a long deck, with steps up to give external access to the 2 leveled middle deck. The stunning views of Tasman Bay can be enjoyed from all levels. A beautiful, calm home to relax in, ideal for an executive family. \*\*Special conditions and notes\*\*: \- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. \- Garage area is not available for guest use. Off-street parking & On-street parking are both available. \*\*Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation\*\*: \- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival). \- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process. \- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total. \- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates. \- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. The home was even more than we expected. It was fabulous and really comfortable, especially the beds! All the very pleasing photos accurately illustrate all its fine features and views, as we all attest. We felt valued by the people managing the home and communication in all aspects of our booking experience. Descriptions given were spot on and everything we needed was supplied as documented. It was very clean and tidy, the instructions were clear and we enjoyed our time. Our stay was enhanced by this fabulous accommodation and all its amazing attributes.
